Transition Support
We also provide supported accommodation options for unaccompanied asylum seeking young people who are ready to transition into more independent living arrangements. Through this program, we empower these young individuals with the necessary skills and resources to thrive on their own while still receiving ongoing support from our team. Every young person will work with their key worker to get the support they need to develop independence, self-reliance, and resilience for their future endeavours.
