Supporting Vulnerable Pregnant Women - Before & After Delivery
At Evolve Care & Support, we provide Mother & Baby Units for vulnerable pregnant women before, during, and after delivery. Our units offer a supportive environment for these women, providing them with the care and resources they need to ensure a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
Our Mother & Baby Units are designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for pregnant women who may be experiencing challenges in their lives. These challenges may include homelessness, substance abuse, mental health issues, or other forms of vulnerability.
Our Support
Our MBUs services are very flexible and accessible even in emergency situations. They are also robust covering various areas of need including but not restricted to;
- Personal Care & Hygiene
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Medication
- Transportation
- Check in Visits
- Companionship
- Recreational activities
